HD Master's Program
Application Form and Requirements
To apply, you complete the application with the Graduate
School at Virginia Tech. The application is available at
http://
www.grads.vt.edu/admissions/applying/index.html
As you will see at that site, the HD Master's program
requires that you send the following information to the
graduate school:
- Official transcripts
- Graduate Record Examination scores, and
- Three letters of Recommendation

You may also request for the Area Coordinator to contact you in order to answer any questions about the HD Master's Program.
Providing the information in the downloadable file notifies
us that you are applying to the graduate school. In addition,
for students admitted to the program, the information you
provide helps us know your preferences for concentrations
and assistantships and your rationale for your concentration
preferences.
